Your Ferranova subscription is 100% in your control. Skip a delivery, change how often it ships, swap products, update your address or payment method, pause, or cancel — anytime, with no phone calls and no hassle.
Two ways to manage
- From your account: Log in to your account and open the Subscriptions section to make changes instantly.
- From your email: Every order confirmation and upcoming-order reminder includes a “Manage Subscription” link that signs you in automatically — no password needed.
What you can change
- Skip, delay, or reschedule your next delivery
- Change your delivery frequency (default: every 28 days)
- Update your shipping address or payment details
- Pause or cancel — effective before your next renewal
How billing works
Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen frequency (Subscribe & Save: 50% off — $39.90/bottle, every 28 days) until you skip, pause, or cancel. Any change you make before your next renewal date applies to that upcoming order.
