Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

At Sollene ("Sollene," "we," "us," or "our"), your trust matters as much as your results. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through trysollene.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors and customers in the United States. By using the Site or purchasing Ferranova — Complete Ferritin Complex, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order details when you make a purchase, create an account, subscribe, or contact support.
  • Payment information — your card or payment details are collected and processed by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments and, where applicable, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications — messages, reviews, survey responses, and the contents of emails, SMS, or chats you send us.
  • Information collected automatically — your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate location, gathered through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
  • Information from third parties — data from our payment processors, shipping carriers, marketing platforms, and analytics and advertising partners (such as Meta and Google).

Sensitive information. Ferranova is a dietary supplement, but we do not require or intentionally collect health, medical, or other sensitive personal information to sell it. Please do not send us medical details through the Site or support channels.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to manage subscriptions and returns.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and refund notices.
  • To send marketing emails and, with your consent, SMS messages about products, offers, and content (see our SMS & Email Terms).
  • To personalize your experience, measure and improve the Site, and understand which products and content perform.
  • To run, measure, and optimize advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies, Pixels & Analytics

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to operate the Site, remember your cart and preferences, measure traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. These include:

  • Essential cookies that make the Site, cart, and checkout work.
  • Analytics such as Shopify analytics and Google Analytics, which help us understand how the Site is used.
  • Advertising and the Meta Pixel, which help us show relevant ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other networks, and measure their performance. This may involve sharing identifiers such as your hashed email, IP address, and browsing activity with these platforms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and limit interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and within your Meta and Google ad settings. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.

Email & SMS Marketing

We use Klaviyo to send marketing and transactional emails and, where you have opted in, SMS text messages. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and you can opt out of texts by replying STOP. Full details are in our SMS & Email Terms.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers — Shopify (our store and checkout platform), payment processors, Klaviyo (email and SMS), shipping carriers and fulfillment, review and analytics tools, and customer-support tools.
  • Advertising and analytics partners — Meta, Google, and similar platforms, primarily through cookies and pixels, to deliver and measure ads.
  • Legal and safety — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out as described below.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (note: we do not use sensitive information for these purposes).
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights. Email us at support@trysollene.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or use the contact details below. We will verify your request by confirming information we already hold about you, and we will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we rely on reputable providers such as Shopify for PCI-compliant checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

U.S. Only

The Site is operated in and intended for the United States. We do not currently market to or ship outside the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
