These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trysollene.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Sollene, operated by Sollene CP LLC ("Sollene," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel any affected order, even after it has been submitted, and to refund any amount charged.
  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your order, including any subscription charges described below.

Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

If you choose a "Subscribe & Save" or other subscription option:

  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged at the then-current price and interval (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@trysollene.com. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel before that order processes.
  • Price changes. We will give you advance notice of any change to your subscription price as required by law.

Promotions & Bundle Offers

Discounts, bundle offers (such as our multi-bottle value tiers), free gifts, and free-shipping promotions are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless noted, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Offers have no cash value.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

Reviews & User Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant Sollene a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt it for marketing and operating our business. You confirm the content is yours to share, is accurate, and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it unlawfully, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, introducing malicious code, or infringing our intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including the Sollene and Ferranova names, logos, text, images, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved from using our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sollene and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sollene and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@trysollene.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

Binding arbitration; class-action waiver. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You and Sollene waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site or further purchases mean you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Sollene regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
