We want you to feel the difference Ferranova makes — or get your money back. Every order is backed by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason within 60 days of delivery, we will refund the purchase price of your bottles. You can even return empty bottles — finishing the product does not void your refund. Ferritin is a slow rebuild, so we encourage you to give it a fair try; the risk is entirely ours.
How to Claim Your Refund
- Email support@trysollene.com within 60 days of your delivery date with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your order number and the email or name used at checkout.
- Our team will confirm your refund and send simple return instructions if a return is needed.
The Refund Window
The 60-day window runs from the date your order is delivered (per carrier tracking). Requests made after 60 days fall outside the guarantee, though we will always do our best to make things right — just reach out.
Returning Product & Who Pays Shipping
- Empty or opened bottles: you do not need to ship anything back — your refund stands.
- Unopened bottles from a multi-bottle order: we may ask you to return the unopened bottles. Return shipping for guarantee returns is the customer's responsibility.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items: we cover return shipping and will replace the item or refund you in full — see below.
When You'll Get Your Refund
Once your refund is approved, we process it within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. We will email you when your refund is issued.
What Is Refunded
We refund the price you paid for the product. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where required by law. Free gifts included with an order do not need to be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping, at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or skip a "Subscribe & Save" order at any time through your account or by emailing us. Cancel before an order processes to avoid the next charge. Subscription shipments are covered by this same 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Exchanges
Because we offer a single product in standard bottles, we generally issue refunds rather than exchanges. If you need help, contact us and we will find the best solution.
How Refunds Are Issued
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are not able to refund to a different card or account.
