Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Sollene. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your Ferranova order arrives. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We aim to pack and hand off your order within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you order.

Shipping Speed & Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, via carriers such as USPS or UPS.
  • FREE Express Shipping is included with our Buy 2, Get 2 Free (Best Value) bundle. Express orders are prioritized and typically arrive in 2–3 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the email.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may take additional time. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier backlogs, weather, or high-volume periods can slow delivery beyond our estimates. We appreciate your patience, and our team is glad to help check on any order that seems delayed.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with household members and neighbors and allow 1–2 days, as carriers sometimes mark items early. If it still does not appear, contact us at support@trysollene.com and we will help file a carrier claim and make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Issues that arise in transit are handled through the carrier-claim process described above.
