These SMS & Email Terms govern the Sollene marketing messaging program for Ferranova — Complete Ferritin Complex, operated with our messaging provider, Klaviyo. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

SMS Program & Consent

When you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example, by submitting it in a sign-up form and checking the consent box, or by texting us to join — you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as offers, product news, cart reminders, and order updates) from Sollene at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the phone number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions. You may receive several messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation, and we will stop sending marketing texts to that number.
  • For help: reply HELP for assistance, or email support@trysollene.com.

Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Our Sending Number

Marketing texts are sent from [SMS NUMBER - pending Klaviyo SMS setup]. Please add it to your contacts so you recognize our messages.

Email Program

When you subscribe to our emails, you will receive marketing messages such as offers, product updates, and helpful content, sent via Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. Transactional emails (such as order and shipping confirmations) are not marketing and will still be sent as needed.

Privacy

Information you share through our messaging programs is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
